Hi, I’m Jade.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, supportive space for individuals and couples to explore challenges and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that may be holding you back and take small, achievable steps toward a life you find fulfilling and relationships that feel enriching.

I hold a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy, am a certified Havening Techniques® practitioner, and am currently completing advanced training in Transactional Analysis (TA). My approach is relational, collaborative, and practical—blending psychodynamic TA, mindfulness, and tools from CBT to help you integrate insights into everyday life.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and self-esteem challenges, and I have a particular interest in supporting adults with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence. I also work with young couples who want to strengthen communication and intimacy, drawing on Imago-informed techniques to create a space where both partners feel heard and understood.
