I offer a safe, authentic, and reflective space for individuals and couples to explore challenges and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that may be holding you back and take small, achievable steps toward a more fulfilling life and more enriching relationships. We’ll also establish practical tools to foster your ability to learn from, accept, and adapt to what life presents.

My Training & Approach

I hold a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy, am a certified Havening Techniques® practitioner, and am completing advanced training with the Wellington Transactional Analysis (TA) Training Institute.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and practical—blending psychodynamic TA, mindfulness, and CBT tools to help you integrate insights into daily life.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and self-esteem challenges, with a particular interest in supporting adults with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence.


I also support young couples in strengthening communication and intimacy, drawing on Imago-informed techniques to create a space where both partners feel heard and understood.
